ONTON is founded and maintained by experienced contributors from the TON ecosystem, Telegram-native product design, and decentralized coordination tooling. The project is incubated by a Finnish development studio, with growing contributions from the community.

🏛 ONION Foundation (Finland)
The ONION Foundation, to be formed in Finland, will serve as the legal and treasury steward of the project:

- All ONION token transfers will be geofenced where required
- Airdrops, staking, and DAO payments will follow Terms & Conditions
- Contributors in restricted regions may only participate through DAO-governed, non-custodial, pseudonymous activity
- Foundation does not facilitate direct payroll to individuals in sanctioned countries
